Returns and Refund

Koarra is committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them NO QUESTION ASK 7 DAYS RETURN/REFUND POLICY

 

Damaged Or Wrong Product Return:

Please email us at "help@koarra.com" within 24 hours of delivery if the customer received an item that was damaged, had a manufacturing defect, or was sent in error. Include your order number and a few images of the item, Video of Item and Opening Video of Received Courier. The Images and Video is Compulsory for Return for Damaged or Wrong Product. Any customized products cannot be returned. 

Koarra makes returning as simple as ordering. You can contact us by email at help@koarra.com with subject line “Return – Order Number” or through WhatsApp, or by submitting a return request in the "My Account" section of the website. We will schedule a time for our shipping partner to pick up the original item with your assistance. Make sure the item is in good condition and is brand new.

RETURN & REFUND

  • Return requests is to be placed within 7 Days of product delivery.
  • If you have done online payment, your refund will be credited into your bank account within 2 to 5 days once Return courier will delivered in original Condition.
  • If you have done cash on delivery, you need to provide us your bank account no., bank name and IFSC code. We will refund your amount via NEFT or IMPS within 2 to 5 days once Return courier will delivered in original Condition.
  • Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
  • We do not apply any charges on forward shipping courier. In case the Product Return Process, Rs. 100 for reverse shipping will charged and will be adjusted against the customer's refund.

CANCELLATION

Only within 24 hours of placing the order, not after, may the buyer cancel it. If you cancel an order and it is prepaid, it could take 2–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after the cancellation. 

FOR CUSTOM ORDER

Every consumer should have a good experience with us. However, since a custom order has already been created and made to your specifications and cannot be sold to anyone else, it is not very viable for us to give refunds and exchanges. If an item is broken or defective, we will replace it for free. Please email us at help@koarra.com from the email you used to place the order. Refunds and exchanges are only available once per order. We will send out your exchange package from our warehouse after the return shipment has been picked up from your location.
