ALL OF YOUR JEWELRY IS HALLMARKED 925?

Yes, it is. All our jewelry is hallmark. The 925 mark is located within jewelry.  

IS IT IDEAL FOR GIFT TO SOMEONE?

Yes, it is. All our piece of jewelry are the perfect gift for family, friends and loved ones. HOW TO CARE THAT PIECE OF JEWELRY?

Wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth after each use. Keep your jewelry away from sprays, perfumes, or submerse in water.  

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once we ship the order, you will receive an email with the tracking link. You can click on that and track the order.

IS THAT JEWELRY PLATING LONG LASTING?

All Jewelry is plated for a long lasting finish that is nickel free, lead free and hypoallergenic.

WILL I HAVE TO BE PERSONALLY PRESENT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Before making an effort at delivery, our shipping partner will send you a letter or SMS. We advise that you accept delivery of the order personally. You might ask a member of your family or a neighbor to pick up the package if it is not possible. At the time of delivery, the receiver's signature will be obtained for security and validation purposes.

I WASN'T AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF THE DELIVERY, BUT I WANT MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact our customer service representatives and we will resolve the issue for you. We will contact you within 24 hours.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I MISS MY DELIVERY?

We will attempt to deliver your order three times, each time on a subsequent day, because we realize that you can't always wait at the delivery address. Please do not worry if you missed the delivery since we will try to try again.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS OR MOBILE NUMBER ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

This is possible if you contact us before shipping. However, once the package is shipped, this is no longer possible as the system transfers your mobile phone number and address to our warehouse for packaging and shipping of the product. Still, we never say "never"! You can cancel your order and place a new one at any time before packaging is complete. Please be assured that there will be no cancellation fee.

DOES koarra ASSURE OF COMPLETE REFUND AGAINST MY CANCELLED ORDER?

WHEN DO I GET MY EXCHANGE SHIPMENT?

Within two days of receiving your returned package, our warehouse will ship out your exchange.

CAN I INSPECT THE PACKAGE FOR CASH-ON-DELIVERY ORDERS BEFORE MAKING A PAYMENT?

All of our packages are insured. It aids in protecting the package from theft or alteration of the original item while it is in transit. The courier boy can only deliver the package in accordance with these insurance conditions if you make the full payment. If a package's seal has been damaged or it has been tampered with, kindly refuse it.

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE DELIVERY PERSON IF I DO NOT LIKE IT?

Don't do that, please! You can create a return request on our website in the "My Account" section, or you can contact or email our customer service team. We have a highly flexible policy. Our courier partners are urged not to accept open parcels to prevent any confusion or delays.
